Enrollment phase
All users will normally be asked to enroll with Specops Password Reset. This includes defining a number of questions and answers that later will be used to reset the user's password.

SpecOps Passwor Reset also includes a text messaging (SMS) function which sends a one-time verification code to the user´s mobile phone. The combination of answering that questions and the verification code makes the solution more secure.
